When shipping returns you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in order to secure coverage of your returned item in case of loss or theft. Additionally, we replace items that are defective or damaged. The item must be purchased from Alpha Shine On and a proof of purchase is required to ensure it was purchased here; date and order number is acceptable. You must contact Alpha Shine On to get approval to return merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will provide the
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. This code must be referenced in your note/memo with the return item. The item and all parts must be returned within 30 days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received we will notify you of receipt of merchandise and
your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
